HydroTech provided environmental engineering and contracting services to remediate a 9,500 sq ft property ahead of a 26-story mixed-use building with a full cellar, coordinating the removal of over 5,500 tons of soil and installing a composite cover and vapor barrier system under NYC OER oversight.
