HydroTech provided MEP design and LEED consultancy services for Elegance Tower, a 32-story, 55,000 sq m Riyadh tower with a rooftop helicopter pad, a 14th-floor pool and hanging garden, and 27th/28th-floor restaurants, reviewing design and construction documents for certification.
