HydroTech served as Owner's Representative for a multi-billion-dollar Build-Operate-Transfer infrastructure program in Harare, conducting due diligence and feasibility studies across a 120,000-bbd oil refinery, a 300 km oil pipeline, a 20,000-unit housing project, resorts, telecommunications upgrades and mining concessions.
