His background blends environmental risk management with land use planning, resource management, and sustainable development. He has been instrumental in major New York metropolitan projects such as the MTA's LIRR East Side Access, Columbia University's Manhattanville Expansion, and the LCP Chemicals Superfund Site remediation.
