Mohammed manages HydroTech's Civil Group in New York and its international practice, specializing in water resources, master-plan engineering, site analysis and design, floodplain studies, infrastructure assessment, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management, geotechnical engineering, climate change analysis, green infrastructure, sustainability design, and environmental permitting. Nearly two decades working with FEMA, USACE, New York State, New York City and various governments; prior to HydroTech he was a lead engineer at Dewberry Engineers Inc., managing multidisciplinary teams on multi-million-dollar projects for major NYC clients including NYCEDC, NYCDEP, NYCDOE, NYCDPR and NYCHA. Project experience spans New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Jordan, Qatar, UAE, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
